As spring semester 2005 quickly comes to a close, consider signing up for one of the following workshops, designed to help faculty with end-of-semester tasks:
Blackboard: End of Semester Maintenance
Tuesday, May 10: 9-11 a.m., Cook Library, room 3
Once the semester comes to a close, professors must take certain steps to properly maintain their Blackboard course site. Learn to designate your course for future use or storage, save a back-up of your course site, remove students, set your course site to ‘unavailable’ and recycle out old statistics.
PeopleSoft: Entering Grades Drive-Thru Clinic
Thursday, May 19: anytime from 1-3 p.m., Cook Library, room 3 or
Friday, May 20: anytime from 10 a.m.-noon, Cook Library, room 3
OTS Training staff will be on hand to help you with entering and submitting grades in PeopleSoft.
