The Materiel Management staff is saddened by the news of the untimely passing of Mr. Earl Johnson this past weekend. Earl retired just last year from the university’s Moving Services crew, after a diverse and dedicated career of more than 36 years. He was well known around campus as “the moving crew.” He was a strong, gentle, very likable individual and an excellent employee. He loved TU and continued to visit his friends here at the university to the end. We will miss him.
All who wish to pay their last respects may do so at the March Funeral Home at 1100 E. North Ave. (near Aisquith St.). There will be a viewing from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 2. A wake and memorial service will be held Friday, Dec. 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
