H drives for faculty/staff will be unavailable, 5 p.m., Saturday, June 24 through noon, June 25. During this time, access to the following will be unavailable:
– all files on H drives (including any “PST” e-mail archive folders stored on H)
– Citrix profiles
While this downtime falls outside the standard OTS Sunday morning maintenance window, OTS chose the timetable to limit the impact to faculty/staff.
OTS will be performing storage maintenance on the GOLD server during this time. This is one of the final maintenance tasks in a series of maintenances which will enhance the GOLD server’s storage system.
