Courses offered during the Center for Instructional Advancement and Technology?s (CIAT) Summer 2004 Workshop Series are now available for online registration at {http://www.towson.edu/ciat/workshops}.
This summer?s workshops include a variety of development opportunities that focus on effective uses of technology in instruction. Topics covered include teaching with PowerPoint, Excel as a grade book, LiveText, sorting student e-mail, BlackBoard, PeopleSoft, Web site development, copyright, and digital camera operation. Look for brochures in your departmental mailboxes at the end of this month for detailed course descriptions.
Many courses will be offered twice, once in June and again in the second session at the end of July and early August. Look for future Daily Digest announcements that will remind you of course dates and times so you can plan ahead.
