Auxiliary Services is pleased to make the following announcements to the campus. Because of recent staffing changes, we have the opportunity to re-align our staffing to better serve the campus.
Effective immediately, Jim McTygue will assume the position of Director of Event & Conference Services/University Union. Jim brings over 20 years of Marriott Hotel and Conference experience to the position. Jim has directed the efforts of the Auxiliary Operations area for the past six years and has a solid understanding of Towson University and our culture.
As a result of Jim?s re-assignment, Bob Campbell, Director of Auxiliary Services Finance and Info Systems, will also now assume the responsibilities of the Business and Ticket Offices. Bob has over 20 years of experience working with the university and overseeing a variety of Auxiliary business functions.
Bob and Jim will be transitioning into their new responsibilities over the next few months in order to maintain customer service levels.
