This is a reminder that Performance Evaluations are required for all regular and contingent II exempt and non-exempt staff. The rating period began April 1, 2005 and will end on March 31, 2006. Do not complete the evaluations prior to the end of the rating period.
Forms can be downloaded from the Web at {http://wwwnew.towson.edu/adminfinance/hr/employeerelations/index.asp}. Be sure to use the appropriate form depending on whether the employee you are rating is ?exempt? or ?non-exempt.? If you are unsure of the FLSA status (exempt or non-exempt), please look at the heading on the employee?s timesheet.
