Customer Service Excellence (Session 3 of 3)
Presented by: Thom Ruby & Barry Evans

Employees of Towson University should always model quality customer service. Whether we interact with students, faculty, parents, guests, or simply with each other, excellent customer service should be the norm and not the exception. And yet, all of us have at one time or another, encountered less than acceptable levels of service from our own colleagues. Attend this workshop to learn how to provide consistently excellent customer service, and in turn, how to model and develop this in others.

Working with Internal Customers (CUST0142)
Available online at: {http://www.towson.edu/tec}

Excellent customer service lies at the heart of any successful business. However, you should not overlook the importance of meeting the needs and expectations of your fellow employees, your internal customers. By helping other people within your organization, you enable it to succeed. When employees value one another, the result is increased performance, which contributes to the success of the entire organization and creates a positive and productive working environment.
