In the continuing effort to better serve the campus community, Administration and Finance has created a new department under Auxiliary Services that will include both Parking and Shuttle Services. Our new Director, Pamela Mooney, will head the combined department. Parking & Shuttle Services will have the responsibility of ensuring positive customer service and coordinating the services provided by both areas.
Throughout the coming year, we will be reviewing both programs to determine what changes are necessary to improve service and meet the future demands of the campus as we implement the Towson master plan.
