PRINTER, FAX, COPIER PAPER CONTRACT AWARDED
The Baltimore Collegetown network (Colltown) has awarded a one-year contract for multipurpose (printer, fax, copier) paper. Colltown is a non-profit organization comprised of several local colleges and universities, including Towson University. Awards were made to two vendors for desktop, pallet/skid and truckload delivery. Three sizes of white virgin fiber paper are included, 8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14 and 11 x 17. Pricing includes all delivery charges. The contract number is Colltown #G02004. Please mention this number when placing orders.
Desktop ? Boise Office Solutions
The cost per carton for desktop delivery is as follows:
8.5 x 11 – $ 19.29 8.5 x 14 – $ 25.65 11 x 17 – $20.88

Pallet/skid (40 cases) ? White Rose Paper Co.
The cost per carton for pallet/skid delivery is as follows:
8.5 x 11 – $ 19.01 8.5 x 14 – $ 24.18 11 x 17 – $19.01
Truckload (880 cases) ? White Rose Paper Co.
The cost per carton for truckload delivery is as follows:
8.5 x 11 – $ 17.68 8.5 x 14 – $ 22.50 11 x 17 – $17.68

The TU Procurement Department recommends that all departments immediately begin using this contract. Departments will save at minimum $1.96 per carton. Some departments may already be experiencing the savings as Copies+ (copier paper) and Printing Services have already begun using the contract. Please be aware that initial orders may require a department setup that could delay your order a couple of days. So, don?t delay, call the appropriate representative above for any printer or fax paper needs.
