Shay Wanigasinghe, a graduate of Yama Studio-Yoga Therapeutics, will be teaching an upcoming session of Hatha Yoga beginning MONDAY November 14. Hatha Yoga, is a yoga style centered around gentle poses and energy breathing. The goal of Shay’s class will be to help participants gradually reduce stress levels as they progress through this 5-week series of classes. Classes will meet MONDAYS on Nov. 14, 21, Dec. 5, 12 & 19. The session is 5 classes for $45, from 5 pm to 6 pm at the Wellness Center, Administration Bldg. Rm #113. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and light jacket/sweater.
