Policies and Procedures

The university has started the process of officially documenting its policies and procedures. This task is extremely important and requires several iterations of review before the policies and procedures can be adopted.

Currently, our efforts are focused on procurement and human resources policies and procedures. Several policies and procedures have been drafted in these operating areas and passed through the first stages of the review process. The drafts have also been transmitted to each Vice President for dissemination and review within their respective divisions.

Until the policies and procedures are adopted, they should be considered draft and will not be used as operating practices. As such, the draft policies, indicated with ?XXXX? in the heading beside the policy name, are being shared to obtain feedback. Please note that these draft versions are subject to revision, have not been implemented, and do not supersede any policies currently in place.

When the policies and procedures have been formally adopted, an official announcement will be made. Thanks for your help with this important project.
