Join us at the Wellness Center for the Saturday Wellness Series presented by T’ai Chi instructor Kelly Phillips. He will present 17 health maintenance exercises designed to open and balance the body’s energy and maintain joint range of motion. Proper breathing techniques will also be reviewed.
The series will be four weeks in length beginning on Saturday, March 28 from 11am-11:50am. The cost of the program is $20 and is due at time of sign-up. Checks can be made payable to Kelly Phillips.
