Performance Evaluation Reminder to All Managers and Supervisors from

This is a reminder that we are rapidly approaching the end of the performance evaluation rating period, which is March 31, 2004. Performance evaluations are required for all regular and contingent II exempt and non-exempt employees.
All performance evaluations must be completed by Thursday, April 30, 2004.
Managers and Supervisors are encouraged to discuss the expectations for the coming year at the time the evaluation is completed for the rating period ending March 31, 2004. Forms can be downloaded from the web by accessing the Office of Human Resources web page: {http://wwwnew.towson.edu/hr/relations.html}. Supervisors may also call Mr. Randy Peaker on extension 4-2162 if they prefer to have blank forms mailed. Be sure to use the appropriate form depending on whether the employee you are rating is ?exempt? or non-exempt.? Supervisors evaluating exempt employees have the option of using a narrative format rather than the Exempt Performance Evaluation form. If you are unsure of the status of a regular employee, look at the heading on the employee?s timesheet. If you have questions concerning the FLSA (Exempt or Non-exempt) status of a contingent II employee, please call Mr. Peaker on extension 4-2162.
