Campus Recreation Services is offering a new 8-week lifestyle management program that is geared toward teaching individuals how to incorporate appropriate exercise and nutrition habits into their daily lives. Participants (limited to 12) will follow individual exercise programs with a personal trainer, take part in group exercise classes exclusive to the program, and attend weekly interactive seminars on nutrition and fitness, including cooking tips, healthy recipes and discussions on low-carb dieting and other popular trends. Program will also include full fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the eight weeks to track participants’ progress.
The program will begin on Thursday, September 29 (seminars will be held from 5-6 PM on Thursday evenings). Registration is $75, and the deadline to register is Friday, September 16.
