Announcing TU Community Dance?s new Morning Movement Wellness Class
Class will be taught by Associate Professor Sandra Perez of the Department of Dance, and is designed to gently awaken your body-awareness, get you stretching, moving, and breathing for optimum focus and energy throughout your day, week and life. Borrowing from modern dance, ballet, yoga and her background in Laban Movement Analysis, Sandra will take you on a journey of fun, relaxation, discovery and rejuvenation! You will also take away helpful movement routines that you can easily do at home.
No dance background necessary!
