Coaching and Counseling for Improved Performance

Effectively supervising others requires you to coach and counsel your employees. This workshop will differentiate between coaching and counseling; define the supervisor?s role in each; review necessary communication skills to be an effective coach and counselor; discuss effective techniques for monitoring performance and giving meaningful feedback; and review how to hold counseling sessions that are straightforward, fair, and consistent.

In this workshop, we will explore useful tips and easy methods to ensure that your writing is grammatically correct. We will discuss common problems for apostrophe usage to your vs. you?re, and you will leave with a personalized grammar checklist and a set of resources to make sure your writing always follows the standard rules of English.
