Information regarding permit renewals for FY06 will be sent to the home address of all current F/S beginning in July. Depending on your eligibility, your packet will include either a pre-printed payroll deduction form or a pre-printed installment form.
For those individuals who are eligible for payroll deduction, the deadline to sign up is Friday, August 19, 2005, at 4pm. Applications that are received after this time and indicate the use of payroll deduction to purchase a permit cannot be processed and will be returned.
Eligible employees, who wish to use payroll deduction and may be out of town during this time, may arrange to have their packet forwarded, by sending an e-mail with the alternate address, full name and TU ID number, to {rohrbaugh@towson.edu} This e-mail must be received by July 1st, in order to have your packet sent to another address.
