As a reminder, visitor codes issued in January 2008 will expire May 31, 2008 and will not be valid for use at pay stations as of June 1. Codes used through May 31 will be billed to your FY08 budget.
In order to streamline the process, new renewal codes will be valid for one year?from June 1, 2008 through May 31, 2009. All codes used during this time will be billed in June 2009 and be applied against your FY09 budget.
Departments should request a number of codes to correspond with the number of guests the department expects to have over the next year. Additional codes may be requested throughout the year. The visitor code request form can be found at {http://wwwnew.towson.edu/adminfinance/auxservices/parking/documents/DeptGuestParkingCodePermitForm7-07.doc}
