The January period has closed in the ProCard System and your VISA transactions are now posted in FRS. January VISA transactions can now only be viewed under the history function, and no further changes to subcodes or accounts (for reallocation) can be made.
You can view transactions on FRS screens 23 or 27 by entering your 10-digit code. This code is your six-digit department code number followed by the four-digit subcode to which your charges default or have been reallocated.
While there is no deadline for online reconciliation, it is recommended that you reconcile to your statement as soon as possible after receiving it, as there are time limitations on the filing of disputes.
