Materiel Management and the Property Records office are again reminding all departments to provide both the make and model of computers being disposed when filling out the description area of the Materiel Management Service Request (MMSR) form. Example: Dell GX110
Equally important, departments must confirm in the ?Special Instructions? section of the MMSR form that computers have been wiped of data and software or hard drives have been removed by OTS. MMSR forms that do not contain this information cannot be processed.
