Sign up to be October?s faculty or staff Guest Chef at the Newell Dining Hall on Tuesday, October 23 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Choose a favorite recipe or signature dish (anything from appetizers to entrees to dessert) and work with our Executive Chef to coordinate the details of ordering ingredients, station presentation, and prep for that day. No cost to you, just a night filled with cooking, giving out samples and talking about your dish with our students.
