The Bursar?s Office is transitioning the multi-part non-departmental invoice form to a newly created Online Non-departmental Invoice System. The multi-part form currently in use will be phased out. The new online system will offer the following features:
* Easy to use invoice template
* Point and click navigation
* Automatic fill-in of a customer’s ID number and demographic and department data
* Math check
* Electronic file
* Payment status
The Bursar?s Office will offer a series of training sessions for the departmental creators (preparers of the invoice) and approver (approval authority) for access privileges in the new system. Once the creator and approver have been trained, they will be authorized to fully access the Online Non-Departmental Invoice System.
