Capture and View Online Instruction with the Digital Media Classroom

Towson’s new Digital Media Classroom (DMC) enables students to view instruction at their own pace–anywhere, anytime!

With the help of an in-room technician, the DMC enables an instructional unit to be monitored, video recorded, archived and simultaneously delivered online. With little advanced preparation by the professor, we can create an atmosphere similar to the traditional classroom. All the presenter has to do is teach!

We are now accepting applications for DMC recording sessions in the summer and fall semesters. First priority for fall recordings will go to faculty teaching one course with both an online and face-to-face section.

For more information and applications, go to {http://www.towson.edu/dmc} or contact Audrey Cutler at {acutler@towson.edu} or x4-5082.

DMC Demonstrations are scheduled for room 404B in Cook Library on the dates below. You can register for the demonstrations on the OTS training registration page, found at: {http://fusion.towson.edu/www/ciat/workshops/}
