Please join TUSC and Dr. Don Thomas from the Hackerman Academy of Math and Science for this one-hour session. For more than ten years the United States and 16 other countries have been constructing the International Space Station. With the space shuttle program coming to an end, the ISS is nearly complete and there are plans to keep it operational for another 10 years. This session will include a discussion on how the station was built, what it is like onboard, and what our astronauts do up there all day, day after day after day!
