Many of the university?s Bank of America Visa accounts will expire at the end of April.
If your card has an expiration date of 4/2010, you may use it through April 30, 2010. The Procurement Department will notify you when your new card is available for pickup. Your Visa account number will change, and charges on the new card will default to your PeopleSoft Department ID (instead of the old FRS budget code).
Every cardholder with an account that currently defaults to an FRS Budget Code will be issued a new card that will default to the PeopleSoft Department ID, regardless of the expiration date.
