The Office of Technology Services is upgrading the hardware that supports faculty/staff e-mail servers. In order to facilitate the upgrade, e-mail service for faculty, staff and student employees will experience two separate downtimes:
? Wednesday, August 5 from 9 p.m. until 3 a.m.
? Friday, August 7 from 9 p.m. until 3 a.m.
Individual mailboxes will only be unavailable during one of the listed downtimes. A targeted e-mail message will be sent on Tuesday and Thursday indicating which day that mailbox will not be available. No incoming e-mail will be lost during the downtimes.
