All July procurement card transactions have now been downloaded to the Procurement Card Web site.
The university is experiencing a high volume of fraudulent activity on procurement card accounts, so be sure to carefully review posted transactions as soon as possible – even if you made no purchases during the July billing cycle. If you note any unauthorized transactions, contact Bank of America (BOA) immediately at 1-888-449-2273 and ask to speak to the fraud department. Afterward, contact University PCPA Lorraine Ziara-Denmark at {lziaradenmark@towson.edu}.
Regular reviews of transactions posted to the Procurement Card Web site are the best defense against online fraud. Check the Web site weekly or even more often if appropriate.
