The Office of Human Resources (OHR) and the Towson University Wellness Center presents the 22nd bi-annual Benefits Festival and 1st bi-annual Employee Health Fair today, Wednesday, May 9 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the University Union Chesapeake Rooms (third floor).
Meet with MD State benefits representatives as well as a wide range of vendors and Towson departments which offer a variety of services and benefits to all employees! Take advantage of free health screenings, giveaways and refreshments! Register for free drawings for door prizes and pick up copies of new insurance plan materials for the next plan year beginning July 1, 2007! Meet with a variety of community health and wellness services professionals to learn about preventative care measures you can take to become a healthier and happier individual!
All of the Maryland State benefits providers have confirmed their attendance at our festival, so take advantage of the opportunity to meet with them and find out about coverage and the costs for the new plan year July 1, 2007 ? June 30, 2008.
Attendance is especially important for those employees who would like to speak directly with the representatives from Catalyst RX, the new vendor for the MD State prescription drug plan effective July 1, 2007.
