New Bank of America procurement cards have arrived. To make the transition as convenient as possible for faculty and staff cardholders, Procurement teams will visit campus buildings this week to exchange existing U. S. Bank cards for new Bank of America cards.
Note that the slots listed below are reserved for staff in the specific buildings listed ? for example, if you miss the 8:00AM distribution in Child Care on April 18, the team assigned to Auburn House at 8:30 will not have your card. If you miss the distribution in your building, you may exchange your card in Procurement on/after April 26.
Cardholders who must make Visa purchases between these dates and April 26 should retain their U.S. Bank cards and visit Procurement on/after April 26 to exchange cards.
Also, note that each cardholder must pick up and sign for his/her own card. Please do not ask colleagues to pick up cards for others.
New cards may be activated by phone anytime after 12:01 AM on April 26. Be sure to pickup your card before May 30, 2007; after that date, all new cards must be cancelled.
