Performance evaluation time is here. Understanding Towson’s performance management process, forms and changes, and timelines is important for all supervisors. To better meet the needs of our employees, our final performance management workshop has been filmed in the Digital Media Classroom and is now available. This workshop can be viewed directly fromo your computer. This workshop discusses the goals, benefits, and pitfalls (including common rating errors) of performance management. It also discusses the mechanics for completing both the non-exempt and exempt forms, while reviewing recent changes to the exempt form.
