If you took the Towson University Deliberative Poll on the role of a growing metropolitan university a few weeks ago, we need YOU to participate in the May 10th Deliberative Polling event. All faculty and staff who took this online survey (which was emailed out to a random sampling of the campus) are invited to attend the Deliberative Polling event Saturday, May 10, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM in Stephens Hall. The purpose of the deliberation event is to explore and deliberate over issues raised in the survey regarding Towson University?s growth and role as a metropolitan university.
If you do come to the event, you will have a chance to have your ideas and opinions about Towson University heard by President Robert Caret, Provost James Clements, Vice President Deb Moriarty, members of the University System of Maryland Board of Regents, officials from the Baltimore County Government, and other key policy makers. If you decide to participate in the Deliberation Event you will be sent a packet of information prior to the event. You will also receive a $20 gift certificate for the TU Campus Store as a token of our thanks for participating in the event.
