Intramural Faculty/Staff Softball

Intramural Faculty/Staff Softball is just around the corner and registration is happening now! Please see the two registration options below.

To Register as a Free Agent:

1. Email Jason Hess, Assistant Director of Competitive Sports {jhess@towson.edu} to confirm your interest. You will be added to a ?Free Agent? list, and team captains who need players will be encouraged to contact you.

2. If there are enough Free Agents, a Free Agent team may be formed. The Intramural Sports staff will facilitate Free Agents being added to teams.

To Register a Team:

1. Email jhess@towson.edu with a roster list of at least 10 names and TU ID numbers who will play on your team. This roster can be changed or added to before the season starts.

2. By providing a roster, you are agreeing to act as the Team Captain and serve as the point of contact and communicator for your team.

3. Pay a $40 team registration fee at the Union Ticket Office (Window #2) prior to your first game. Bring the deposit slip to our office (Burdick Hall Room 150) or to the first game.

Registration ends Wednesday, June 20.

Game schedules and league rules will be emailed to captains and posted on our website by Wednesday, June 27. Games will played on either Tuesday or Thursday evenings between 6pm and 9pm on Burdick Field. Play will begin on Tuesday, July 10.

Alumni Participation:

Alumni may participate, but must first purchase an Alumni Membership to Campus Recreation Services (CRS). This membership will allow Alumni to access all CRS facilities and participate in CRS programming through September 30, 2012. A pass for the months of July, August, and September is prorated at a cost of $68. This pass may be purchased at the Union Ticket Office at windows #3 or #4.
