The Academic Achievement Center (AAC), under the directorship of Ms Terri Massie-Burrell, tests nearly 1,000 freshmen, transfers and non-traditional students for placement or exemption in the Developmental Studies Program each year. The department recently implemented on-line placement testing, which replaced the paper and pencil assessment. For that reason, throughout the summer, the Center?s staff will be using various computer labs across campus during the weekend and evening hours. We ask that you inform other faculty and staff members who may not have access to email, that the AAC may be in your buildings before and after hours setting up the computers to prepare for these scheduled tests.
