Disability Support Services is pleased to announce that the Maryland Department of Transportation is hosting the Secretary’s Conference on Accessible Transportation: “Connecting Marylanders Through Transportation” at the University Union on September 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. will be the guest speaker, with Kristen Cox, Secretary of the Maryland Department of Disabilities, Robert Flanagan, Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation and Yvonne Dunkle, Director of the Governor’s Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Lunch will be served from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Registration is free.
To register, a completed registration form must be e-mailed to the Maryland Department of Transportation no later than September 8.
