Hiring Student Workers? The Virtual Job Fair is here to help!

The Career Center is pleased to host a Virtual Job Fair for all on campus employers who wish to participate. The Virtual Job Fair will be launched on Orientation weekend (August 21, 2010 – August 25, 2010) and will be open to all students.

Participation in this event is FREE and EASY!
Follow these four steps to participate in the Virtual Fair:

1. If you do not yet have a Hire@TU account (Towson University?s job posting system) create one by going to www.towson.edu/careercenter and under ?Hire@TU? click on ?Employers Click Here? and then ?Click Here to Register.? Follow the instructions to create your account. If you already have an account, and have forgotten your login information, please call the Career Center at 410.704.2233.
2. Once you are in the system, create or update a job. To do this click on ?Jobs? and then either ?New Job? (to create a job) or ?Job List? (to update an existing job.)
3. Email {aripka1@students.towson.edu} by 12 p.m. on Thursday, August 19th the Job ID number automatically generated by the system and the name, phone number, and email address of the appropriate contact person.
4. Sit back and wait! The second day of classes we will email you a packet of the resumes/applications of students who applied for your position.
