Celebrate National Student Employment Week: April 11-17!
On & off their campus, student employees perform invaluable services with enthusiasm, dedication, and initiative. Towson University and the local community depend on the contributions of this reliable workforce for the efficient operation of their entire business.
The Career Center wants to thank your student workers! If they bring a pay stub dated August 2009 ? Present to the Career Center during Student Employment Week, they can pick up a ?sweet treat? (while supplies last) and enter to win a drawing for a $100 University Bookstore gift certificate!
Throughout the week, we hope that departments and supervisors will catch the spirit of celebration and show their appreciation to their student employees.
Some ways that you may choose to honor your students include:
? Having a lunch/reception, pizza party, or build-your-own ice cream sundae party
? Giving them a bouquet of balloons
? Sending a personal ?thank you? letter from the department head
? Any other ideas you deem appropriate
