The Towson University Marching Band is stepping onto one of the world?s largest stages in November ? the streets of New York City for the Macy?s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Towson has the honor of being the only university band set to perform in this year?s parade. This great honor is a testament to the superior talent of our 230-member marching band and the vital role they play in promoting campus spirit and visibility.
You are invited to celebrate this exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the band at a reception prior to the pep rally on September 3.

Field House at Johnny Unitas Stadium
5 p.m. Reception ? Minnegan Room
Complimentary appetizers and cash bar.
6 p.m. Pep Rally — Premiere seating on the Tiger Terrace.
Featuring a performance of the new Tiger Fight Song by the TU Marching Band.
$30 per adult ($18 is tax deductible), $12 per child (under 12)
Event proceeds will benefit the TU Marching Band.
