The Towson University Wellness Center: “30 Minute Treadmilll Workouts Continue!”

We have had tremendous enthusiasm for the Treadmill Workouts being offered at The Wellness Center. This response, has landed the Treadmill classes a permanent spot on our Group Exercise Schedule. The following are the days and times classes will now be offered:

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
7am-7:30am — 12 noon-12:30pm — 12:30pm-1pm — 5pm-5:30pm

Treadmill workouts are efficient, challenging, calorie-burning workouts that are perfect for the beginner, intermediate or advanced level participant. Treadmill workouts are safe, easy to control/modify, and they take the BORING out of cardio! Plus you are done in 30 minutes! By alternating periods of walking, jogging or running with minutes of weight training and floor exercises, you get maximum results for the time invested. Let us lead you through a fat blasting, stress reducing, endurance improving, muscular strengthening workout! Come before work, at lunch time or after work and bring a friend!

? Treadmill workouts will begin at the NEW Institute for Well-Being located at 1 Olympic Place beginning Wednesday, July 25th.
? Faculty/Staff Wellness Center members pay $20 for 10 classes . Become a member for only $25/month!!!
? Faculty/Staff Non-members pay $60 for 10 classes
