Hello Honors College Friends,
We would like to extend to you a special invitation to participate in a workshop entitled ?What is Honors?? on Wednesday, November 11 from 12:30 to 1:45 in ST 300. The purpose of this meeting is for you to share with your colleagues your ideas, challenges, and stories about your experience in working with Honors College students. We might open the discussion with questions like these:
? What makes a course or experience ?Honors??
? What are the specific challenges and benefits of teaching an Honors course?
? How can the Honors College be most effective in its mission to help students achieve their professional goals?
This event will be open to all faculty and staff, and we hope that it will give all participants the opportunity to learn more about the mission of the Honors College. At the same time, we hope to learn from you how the Honors College can offer you the best support as faculty and staff members of our Honors College community.
