New Weekly Series of Smart Classroom Tips/Suggestions for Faculty

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) classroom and computer lab technologies team is launching a weekly initiative to provide faculty with tips and suggestions for using audiovisual and computer technology in the smart classrooms throughout campus.

Tip 1:

The website {http://www.towson.edu/cclt} has a wealth of information including troubleshooting guides, tips, best practices, and our Virtual Tour of all classrooms (nearly 400) with audiovisual technology. Set it as a favorite and invest time now to familiarize yourself with the site’s resources. If you encounter specific problems with audiovisual technology or computers in classrooms, you’ll know where to turn for answers and solutions.

Future Daily Digest postings will be written by Paul Brown, John Czeczulin, and Peter Morin, our new classroom and computer lab support coordinators. They will be joined by existing OTS staff involved with classroom and lab services and support.

Questions or comments: contact Director of Information Technology Client Services Michael Bachman ({mbachman@towson.edu}) or Manager of Client Services Support Operations Carol Watts ({cawatts@towson.edu}).
