WHAT ARE YOU RESEARCHING OR TEACHING ABOUT THE HOLOCAUST, GENOCIDE, HUMAN RIGHTS, OR TOLERANCE EDUCATION?
A state committee has been formed to explore the possibility of establishing a Center for the Study of the Holocaust, Genocide, Human Rights, and Tolerance Education at one of the System schools. Our committee was formed by the Provost to coordinate and develop Towson?s bid to establish such a center on our campus. To this end we are surveying any curricular or programmatic activities at Towson related to these areas of research and education.
We have asked department chairs to survey faculty members to see what you doing in these areas. Please look out for this survey. If you like you can send us feedback directly. Thank you on behalf of the committee members.
