The Towson University Wellness Center invites you to become a TUWC member and enjoy the special programs we have to offer:
Eating Well, a Nutrition and Weight Management Program (includes 3 month membership from March 1st thru May 31st with a fitness assessment for $99.00. Includes 6 lecture series, lectures held weekly on Thursdays from 12:15-1:00 PM).
Being Well, a Comprehensive Stress Management Program (From February 21st thru March 28th. Includes 6 lecture series held weekley on Tuesdays from 12:15-1:00 PM).
PERSONAL TRAINING!!! Join our Faculty/Staff Program and with the purchase of a 1-month membership, you will receive 4 (1/2 hour) personal training sessions for $75.00.
Existing members can receive 4 personal training sessions with the purchase of a 6-month membership for $125.00.
If personal training is not for you, new Faculty/Staff members can receive a 6-month membership and complete fitness assessment for $125.00.
