Alumna, Frances T. Bond, class of ’55 and ’60 was inducted into the Maryland Senior Citizens Hall of Fame on October 25. Forty-three seniors throughout Maryland were selected for their outstanding volunteer contributions affecting the lives of people in the State of Maryland. In addition, Dr. Bond was one of five seniors selected to receive the prestigious GERI Award. The GERI Award is the highest honor given for extraordinary humanitarian community service to seniors in Maryland. Dr. Bond is the President of Towson University Faculty Alumni (TURFA).
