The Payroll Office is pleased to announce that the Student Employment Workshop will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8 in Administration Building room 120. This workshop is designed to aid faculty and staff involved in the hiring and/or supervising of student employees. The workshop will focus on the following:
· how to hire student employees using Handshake
· I-9 processing and how to get student employees cleared to work
· how to submit timesheets
· how students receive paychecks
Representatives from the Career Center, Financial Aid, Student Financial Services and Human Resources will join Payroll in this workshop, and will also be available to answer questions.
