Chat support now available for classroom audiovisual issues

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) has launched a new chat service for faculty to get help in classrooms. There are two ways to start a chat:

  • On the instructor computer: click the CCLT chat icon.
  • On a mobile device: go to towson.edu/cclt, and click on the chat feature on the webpage.

In addition to the chat, you can continue to use our current classroom technology support hotline, 4TECH (410-704-8324) or online service request system, TechHelp. OTS provides support for chat and the 4TECH hotline during these hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: noon – 4:00 pm.
