The Office of Public Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, along with University Marketing and Communications has updated the Emergency Resource Guide (ERG). The new guide is current with the latest guidelines in emergency resource training. We have incorporated Avoid, Deny, Defend (ADD) for the Active Shooter situation. The guide is designed to be easy to scan and locate guidance for most of the foreseeable emergencies that could occur on a university campus. You will receive the new ERG via campus mail in the next few weeks. It is identifiable by the “revised April 2018” on the front cover.
All old copies of the ERG should be recycled.
