The Department of Women’s and Gender Studies invites the University community to a master’s thesis defense by Alexandria C. Gannett. The title of Alexandria’s thesis is “Dueling Masculinities: An Analysis of Mainstream Media and Fatal Police Violence.”
Thesis committee members are Emily Parker, Committee Chair, Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies; Cindy Gissendanner, Department of Women’s and Gender Studies; John Murungi, Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies; and Samuel Talcott, University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, PA.
