Benefits Bulletin: Personal Information Changes

We are happy to announce an improvement in the process to update your benefits record.

The State of Maryland, Employee Benefits Division (EBD), no longer requires completion of the Personal Information Change form to update your benefits record for the following reasons – name, address, personal telephone number, and personal email, or for corrections to your Social Security number or your date of birth.

To make these changes, log into PeopleSoft Self-Service.  Documentation may be required for certain changes.  The information will be processed in PeopleSoft and electronically sent to the EBD.
