Remarks by President Kim Schatzel, Vice President for Student Affairs Deb Moriarty, Director of Campus Recreation Grady Sheffield, and SGA President James Mileo will be followed by tours of the new state-of-the-art facility.

2 large multi-purpose activity courts
5 studios for group fitness classes
Sprint Hill and fitness stairs for interval training
Professionally designed ninja warrior style fitness course
New outdoor adventure trip and education center with the re-opening of the 33-foot climbing wall
22,000 square feet of fitness space for strength training with over 100 pieces of cardio equipment

In order to prepare for and host the Bigger, Better, Burdick grand opening celebration, Campus Recreation facilities will be closed for general usage on Wednesday, January 31 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. All members of the TU community are welcome to attend. Campus Recreation will resume regular hours at 1 p.m.
