Patricia McAteer is a forward thinking Learning Professional skilled using technology, social and blended learning to design leading edge learning solutions to address learners’ needs. She has deep expertise supporting blended and flipped courses both in the business and academic environments. Her education includes an Ed.D. in Instructional Technology from Towson University and a M.S. in Instructional Technology from Philadelphia University. Blended learning was the research area for her doctoral dissertation.
